We have made this decision after careful consideration, as a part of our ongoing commitment to our wonderful clients. We know gift vouchers have been a popular way to treat your loved ones, and we're sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
Please know, we will be honoring all vouchers that have already been purchased!
If you have a digital or physical voucher for Holistic Room Broome, it will still be honored for its full original value, until its expiry date. We recommend checking the expiry date on your voucher and booking your appointment soon so you can make the most of it.

Voucher Redemption Policy
Booking Conditions for Voucher Use
Holistic Room vouchers are redeemable during standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Appointments outside these hours (e.g. evenings or Saturdays) are not guaranteed and are subject to staff availability. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred time.
Expiry and Responsibility
Vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be extended, redeemed, or replaced after this date. Holistic Room is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and cannot reissue or refund them.
Redemption Terms
Vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Each voucher is valid for a single-use by one person in one visit.
