Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (as per Australian Consumer Law) and can be used on any service or retail item. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Voucher Redemption Policy - Holistic Room vouchers are redeemable during standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Appointments outside these hours (e.g. evenings or Saturdays) are not guaranteed and are subject to business and staff availability. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred time. Vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be extended, redeemed, or replaced after this date. Holistic Room is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Each voucher is valid for a single-use by one person in one visit.
